Make quick and simple Doraemon and Dorami Green tea biscuits

Hi guys! I've recently made some Doraemon and Dorami green tea biscuits! So I'd like to share this with all of you and hope you will enjoy them as much as I do ^^

Ingredients:

(approximately 15-20 biscuits)

Caster sugar (or you can blend normal sugar with a blender)..........35g
Butter (slightly melted at room temperature) ..........75g
Flour ..........135g
Green tea powder* ..........1/2 - 1 tbsp
Small egg yolks ..........2 (or use 1.5 egg yolks if it's bigger size)
Sugar (optional) ..........enough amount to sprinkle on the biscuits

(*You can get the Green tea powder at your local Asian grocery store. They can be a little pricey though, I got mine for about 6AUD for 20g)

I bought my cookie cutters (Doraemon and Dorami) from Taobao, if anyone is interested in having a look then here's the link to the store:

However, you can choose any kind of cookie cutters as you like, the ordinary shaped ones are fine as well.

Below is the Youtube tutorial:

Happy baking!

    1. Heya^^ You can try using this converter here: http://www.convertunits.com/from/grams/to/cups
Generally 1 cup = approximately 236.5 grams ^^ Hope that helps and thanks for your support ^^

  3. I have similar cookie molds but I never thought of making anything other than boring old sugar cookies with them. These sound really nice!
