How to make Panda cookies

Hello all^^ I hope you are excited about Christmas that's coming soon! (I know I am XD) Today I decided to share a really simple recipe for baking cute Panda cookies~ ooook, let's start then!


Serving:
Approximately 15-20

Ingredients:
Butter (Unsalted) .......... 60g
Caster Sugar .......... 60g
Egg .......... 1
Flour (Bowl one) .......... 80g
Flour (Bowl two) .......... 75g
Cocoa powder .......... 5g

Preparations:
- Melt the butter with microwave or a pot and place in a bowl.
- Beat the egg
- Run the flour from both bowl one and bowl two through a sifter and as well as the cocoa powder in bowl two.

Methods:
1. Add caster sugar into the melted butter in 3 portions and whisk well.
2. Add the egg into step 1 in 2 portions and whisk well.
3. Separate this mixture into half, then add half to bowl one and the other half in bowl two.
4. Mix both bowls well and then place them into the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Make both mixtures into ball shapes (gently pat on water if they get dry).
6. Start rolling the cocoa mixture first with a roller.
7. Cut out the body using the black cutters and place aside on a baking tray.
8. Repeat step 6 and 7 until the mixture used.
9. Roll the white mixture with a roller and start cutting the tummy and face using the white cutters.
10. Gently place the tummy and face onto the body.
11. Repeat step 9 and 10 until the mixture is used.
12. Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes (You can keep an eye on them to avoid burning).

Ta-Da! All done! Time to enjoy them with friends and family ^^

PS: You can find these Panda cookie cutters easily online, otherwise you can always use different cutters or simply use circle shapes instead. These cookies are quite hard, so make sure no one has dental issues before eating them :P
